Biography

Guozhe Meng is a professor/Ph.D. /Supervisor, an executive director of Chinese Society for Corrosion and Protection, a member of the National Field Scientific Observation and Research Network of Materials and Environment Corrosion; an evaluation consultant of the Academic Degree Center; a member of the editorial board of Journal of Chinese Society for Corrosion and protection. In January 2019, he was selected as the outstanding young and middle-aged talent in the "Hundred Talents Program" of Sun Yat-sen University. He engages in the research of corrosion and protection of materials in the marine environment. He has been funded 3 times by the National Natural Science Foundation, more than 10 other national, provincial and ministerial projects. Currently, he has published more than 100 papers in Corrosion Science, Electrochimica Acta, Scripta Materialia, Journal of The Electrochemical Society, Chinese Journal of Corrosion and Protection, and other well-known domestic and foreign journals.
